Sugar Bear Hair: After

Sugar Bear Hair: After

Hello and happy Sunday. First and foremost, this is not the picture I wanted to use but silly me forgot to take an “after” picture, so we’ll use this one because I look super hot, okay?

Instead of what I’ve been doing in the other posts, which is basically telling you the changes I’ve noticed in my hair and nails, I’ll tell you what I’ve been experiencing after finishing my two months of Sugar Bear Hair.

Let’s go back a little while because some of you might be new here. After a rough time for me, emotionally, in which I discovered that due to anxiety and probably poor eating habits my hair was falling off, I felt like I needed a boost. I had tried the Sugar Bear Hair gummy vitamins before and was in love, so I thought they could really help me again.

Over those two months in which I tool the gummy vitamins, I did feel that my hair was stronger, shinier, and overall healthier looking. It was getting its shape back and I was very happy with it. Now something to understand here is that when you take supplements and stop, you might be running the risk of what people who stop dieting or exercising go through: the effect just dissipates. I feared that my hair would go back to look opaque and unhealthy and that the falling out would increase once I stopped taking my Sugar Bear Hair, but that hasn’t happened.

I feel that after those two months of nourishing and love, my own body somehow has regained the ability to keep my hair beautiful and healthy. I feel that the falling out has gone back to the normal, expected amount, and that my hair has gone back to where it was before all the bad stuff happened. It has also grown so much that I now can pretty much do any hairdo except for a braid, but let’s give that a few more months.

In the comments below I’d like you to tell me some “glow up” stories.

Happy Sunday!
Love, Miss Camila

One Month of Sugar Bear Hair

DERMAE

Hello and happy Saturday. If you read last week’s post, you know that I was kinda disappointed with the lack of visible advances in my hair from week one to week two. Today I have a completely different attitude because, honestly, who’s that queen in the picture?

Look at that shiny, volume-y, wavy hair. Look at how much it’s grown! I feel like I can do so many hairstyles now that I hadn’t been able to try because the length just wasn’t there, and I feel like shade-wise my hair has gotten its life back. You can actually see that there are some natural highlights going on.

I didn’t mention this in the previous post, but I have to admit that I did have a massive falling out situation. Again, like I’ve explained, that is caused by anxiety, and it’s not something Sugar Bear Hair can really prevent. I can say, however, that it was just one episode as opposed to the sort of uncontrollable situation I was going through before taking these supplements.

In one month, I’ll show you the final results of this little experiment. Now, I’m not sure if you’ve heard but Sugar Bear has come up with these multivitamins, and almost at the same time, Tati released Halo Kiwi, which is targeted specifically for the skin. In the comments below let me know whether you’d like to see me try one or both of these products and share my experience with you.

Happy Saturday!

Three Weeks of Sugar Bear Hair

Three Weeks of Sugar Bear Hair

DERMAE

Hello and happy Saturday. I know these updates tend to become kind of repetitive and that, you get it, Sugar Bear Hair makes my hair grow. Awesome. This is why today I’ll keep this post short and sweet.

I think that the change in my hair, especially in its length is noticeable if we compare the “before” with today, three weeks into the Sugar Bear Hair “treatment.” I didn’t see much change, however, with my hair last week and then this week. If anything, I feel it looks shorter in this picture, which is super odd, but might seem this way because it’ so dirty it maybe got that weird shape, which is not really like defined waves.

Do I still trust Sugar Bear Hair? Totally. Do I still think that it works and that my hair has become longer, healthier and overall better looking? Absolutely.

In the comments below, tell me more or less when do you start noticing that a hair care product is no longer working the way is used to.

Happy Saturday!

Sugar Bear Hair: 2 Week Update

Sugar Bear Hair: 2 Week Update

DERMAE

Hello and happy Saturday. In case you were wondering, this is the face of a teacher after coming home on a Friday. But we’re not here to talk about my face, right? We’re here to talk about my hair and whether I’ve seen any changes in the past two weeks.

Well, judge for yourselves. It’s obviously dirty, but it looks thick, which I associate with strength. It has also clearly grown, and I know this because I’ve been able to play with more hairstyles lately.

As for the falling out, I feel it has decreased, but then again, let’s all remember that this is more caused by anxiety than an issue directly related to the health of my hair or scalp.

Being halfway through the first month, I do feel like Sugar Bear Hair is giving my hair that boost to grow and be healthier, and you can tell. Yes, this picture was taken when I was pretty tired, but still my hair looks good, it has volume and a nice shape, which I’d been wanted to get back for a while.

In the comments below, tell me about self-care rituals that help you after a long week at work or school.

Happy Saturday!

Sugar Bear Hair: 1 Week Update

Sugar Bear Hair: 1 Week Update

Lovely Wholesale

Hello and happy Sunday. Yes, this is your weekly update on my hair. This week I didn’t feel great changes in terms of strength because my hair did fall off quite a bit, but at the same time, and I guess judging by the picture you can see it’s getting thicker.

This picture was taken on a Friday, so that means I had five-day old hair. That means it was definitely dirty and also it had lost the wavy shape my hair usually has after I wash it.

I think because it looks kind of straight, it also gives the illusion of being longer, and the truth is after that first week I did feel that it was growing faster than it had in the previous months.

All in all, I’m really happy with where my hair is going with this vitamins, and I know that taking a dietary supplement helps my general well-being. I honestly feel energized after taking my Sugar Bear Hair, not sure if it’s placebo effect or if it really does something else, but I like having these gummies as part of my daily routine and I want to continue seeing progress.

In the comments below tell me about a problem you’ve had with your hair recently and the ways you’ve been trying to handle it.

Happy Sunday!

Sugar Bear Hair: Before

Sugar Bear Hair: Before

Hello and happy Sunday. If you’ve been around for a while, you know this is not the first time I take Sugar Bear Hair vitamins. This is actually a product I swear by, and I’ve talked about it here and there, but now that I’m taking it again, I want to share my journey with you, just like I did with Halo Beauty.

I decided to go back to Sugar Bear Hair because after a very stressful and anxiety-filled experience, I realized my hair was falling off. That’s obviously not a good thing, and despite it having psychological rather than physiological causes, I wanted to do something extra in helping my hair become strong once again.

This is my “before” picture. I’m not sure if I shared this, but I cut my hair about two months ago and it’s way shorter than it used to be. It’s still too short for me to take the usual below-the-chin pictures of my hair, so as a bonus you get to see my tired face after my first week teaching teenagers.

I know Sugar Bear Hair also helps my nails and skin, but right now my focus is on the hair. Basically, I want my hair to be stronger and thicker, so ideally I could see it get fuller with time. I bought two bottles, which means we’re going to be doing updates for the next two months. During the first month, I’ll do weekly updates, and then I’ll do a final checkup after the two months are done. I’m not going to do before/after shots, I’m just going to show you the state of my hair at each point.

What do you recommend to keep your hair strong and healthy? Let me know in the comments.

Happy Sunday!
