All the Good Stuff That’s Coming

All the Good Stuff That’s Coming

Hello and happy Monday. I just got back from school (I’m a teacher), my feet are throbbing and I have a bag of chips staring intently at me, waiting to be eaten, so I’ll be brief today. I wanted to thank you for being here and for being you. I’ve seen this baby of mine grow thanks to you beautiful people, and seeing your likes and comments makes me keep doing it, and I will, for as long as I can.

As you probably already know, I dedicate Wednesdays and not Mondays to my bookish posts, which are mostly reviews with the occasional haul or tag. That’s not going to change. However, I do want to tell you about some new projects I’ve been working on that you should anticipate in 2020. Remember that I’m not particularly the queen of consistency, so you might see more of some ideas than others. I specifically want to tell you about three things, so here they are:

Themed Reading Months

If you follow me on Instagram or Goodreads, then you might have seen some sort of a pattern when it comes to the books I’m reading. I’m basically taking the books on my TBR list and sorting them by themes, which means that each month my book reviews will fall under a certain category. I will be talking more about this in a post dedicated to this idea, but for now, I want you to keep your eyes peeled because I won’t be revealing any themes, that’s up to you to figure out.

NetGalley Reads

This is not a new thing since it’s been going on for months. As you know, I get ARCs or Advanced Reader Copies from NetGalley and Edelweiss. I used to post ARC reviews on Wednesdays, but now I’ve decided to give them a specific day: Friday. This doesn’t mean that every Friday there’ll be a post, but that’s when I’ll publish ARC reviews. They will be themed starting this year, so you’ll get more hints that will help you guess.

Series Saturday

This is one of those ideas that I was super sure and excited about, but that I haven’t pulled through with. On the first Saturday of every month, I wanted to discuss a series that I’d started but hadn’t finished yet and what my plans were. To me, that sounds really interesting, and it’s also a motivation to finish all those series I’ve started throughout the years, but fitting these posts with the themes has been hard. I don’t know if maybe I’m thinking too much about this and I could just randomly schedule these posts without making them correlate with anything, but you know me. I guess we’ll have to see about that.

What would you like to see more of in this blog during 2020? Let me know in the comments below.

Happy reading!

Love, Miss Camila
