Hello and happy Sunday. As always after I go to my nutritionist, I bring you an update. Let’s get started, shall we?
Since the last time I went, I’d kind of gone back to my usual eating and workout regimes because I went back to work. This, of course, meant that my process slowed down, especially in terms of the previous appointment I’d had in which I’d lost two kilograms. Weight is not something that really concerns me, but still, I want the numbers to go down too because I still have a goal to reach.
I kept losing weight, although a teeny tiny bit, and I gained muscle weight, which is ideal. My measurements decreased almost everywhere, but I still need to lose fat on my lower abdomen. This is why my nutritionist told me to start wearing shapewear.
She also told me to continue with Zumba, which I think I’ve quit at least indefinitely, to do toning exercises for my arms and lower abdomen, and to keep taking the pills she’d prescribed the previous session. I haven’t been so diligent with that, if I’m being honest.
I’m currently doing HIIT three days a week and I’m pretty sure I’ll eventually get to the point in which I’ll be working out every weekday. I have almost two months until I have to go back, and I hope I still get good news.
I saw something about the ketogenic diet and I’m thinking about including some recipes into my current regime. Have you tried it? Would you recommend it? Let me know in the comments!
