Empties #3

Empties #3

Hello and happy Sunday. It’s been a while since the last time I wrote a post on my empties [x] [x], but it was totally necessary to write one now. Let’s get started, shall we?

This first category is the fragrance one. I’ve been in a mission to finish my old stuff to be able to use new products I’ve bought, and I think that shows, judging by the amount of empty bottles.

Hello Kitty Wild & Wicked Body Mist

I’d had this for so long, I’m glad it’s finally over. This is the perfect combination of sweet, fruity, flowery and citrus. I love it and if I find it again in the future, I think I’d consider buying it, but I’m pretty sure it’s no longer available.

So Pink by Gap Body Mist

So Pink is my trademark scent. Since I was 15, I’ve always had a body mist, a perfume or a lotion with this scent. Currently, I have a bottle of perfume and hand cream, so I’m not on a rush to buy the body mist again, though I’m pretty sure I will once I travel to the States. If you like citrus, then you’ll love So Pink.

United Colors of Benetton Body Mist in Energizing Pitanga

This was a gift from my dad, who knows I love things that smell nice. As the name says, it gives you that energizing vibe and sets you in this perky, productive mood. For a while, I wore it to go work out. It is flowery but super fresh, not sweet at all. I think I might get this scent or another one of this line sometime in the future.

Fancy Girl by Jessica Simpson

This was also a gift because I’m spoiled and the people who love me know I love perfume. I used to wear this perfume when there was a special occasion at work, so it wasn’t like this super fancy event, but I had to step up my game a little bit. It is sweet, but classy, you know? It really smells like nothing I’d owned before because it is just a classier than my usual everyday products, but it’s still a scent for young women.

Now let’s move on to the skincare stuff.

Haiko Natural Moisturizing Cream

I used this every day until I ran out. I didn’t know this brand before I got this cream in a Colombian subscription box, but now I’ve tried my fair share of products and would totally recommend it. This particular cream has the lightest texture and absorbs super quickly. It also has SPF, which is always a plus.

Puretem Purevera Emulsion

For a while, I decided to go for a more “natural” look, so I used this product as a primer. The texture is light and super absorbing, and it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and makeup-ready. It doesn’t have a scent.

L’Oreal Revitalift Radiant Smoothing Cream

This is by far my favorite face wash ever. It has the softest, nicest scent, and it’s true to it’s name because it feels super soft on the skin. Whenever I used it, I felt like I was getting a cleaner, healthier, smoother face. It is currently in my wish list, but I have other products, so I’m in no hurry to repurchase this.

Let’s talk about foundations, babies.

L.A Colors Liquid Makeup in Natural

This was also a gift from my dad. He bought it in the Dollar Tree, which is an important detail to take into account when trying and reviewing a product. It’s good enough, but then again, it is a $1 foundation, so it’s not going to give you full coverage. Would I buy it myself? Absolutely! It’s $1!

Maybelline Super Natural

I’m not sure if this is sold in the U.S, but it’s a great everyday foundation. It leaves my skin with a smooth, poreless texture and it has decent coverage. I think I might buy it again, although I’m currently trying another foundation.

And finally, we have two items I couldn’t place in other categories.

Haiko Natural Slimming Gel

This was great and I enjoyed it while it lasted. Of course, a slimming gel by itself is not going to get anybody slimmer, but I feel like the daily massages did help in toning and firming my skin. I don’t have any plans for repurchasing this product any time soon, especially because it’s a bit pricey.

Maybelline Line Stiletto Liquid Eyeliner in Brownish Black

First of all, the brownish black eyeliner is actually brown, so keep that in mind when buying it. I used it when I was going for a brown or pink smokey eye because it wasn’t as harsh as as a black eyeliner. The tip of the wand is very easy to work with, and it does help you be precise. It dries super quickly and stays on your eyes throughout the day, so with this eyeliner you don’t need to worry about smudges or transferring. It I’d buy it again, I just need to be done with the other eyeliners I have.

So, these were my empties. Let me know if you’ve tried any of the products I mentioned or if you’d like to try it and why.

Happy Sunday!

Love, Miss Camila
