Hello and happy Wednesday. Today I’m bringing you my second unboxing of Book Case Club, which to me is the perfect subscription box for people who want to discover new books at a great price.
I was surprised when I opened my August Book Case Club box and discovered not one but two hardcovers. Hardcovers are more expensive than paperbacks, and yet I got these two for $10, which is the monthly price for BCC.
Now the reason why I love book subscription boxes is that I’m given the chance to discover new books, books that I probably wouldn’t buy for myself but that are just waiting to be read, you know?
In August I got Triple Moon, which is the first book in the Summer on East End series by Melissa de la Cruz. Now, I’ve heard a ton about this author but haven’t read any books from her, so I’m very excited to get my first one and find out why so many people like her.
The second book I got is Rites of Passage by Joy N. Hensley. I had seen this book a ton at one of my local bookstores and had toyed with the idea of buying it. I’m honestly glad I didn’t buy it then and there because now I have it, thanks to Book Case Club, and in comparison it’s as if I didn’t have to pay anything for it. This sounds like a badass book and I can’t wait to read it.
Have you heard about or read this books? If so, tell me what you think about them!
Love, Miss Camila
