Netflix Talk: Prison Break Season 3

NETFLIX TALK-.pngHello and happy Monday. Now that it’s December Blogging Madness, I can go back to posting about stuff I watch on Netflix (yay!). Today I want to share with you my thoughts on season 3 of Prison Break. I could talk for hours about seasons 1 and 2, but I’d need a separate post for that, so let me know in the comments if you’d like me to write about them.

The reason why I’m talking exclusively about this season is that I recently started watching it, although by the time you read this post there’s a huge chance that it’d already been taken off Netflix along with other shows like How I Met Your Mother. I was a loyal viewer of Prison Break when it first aired, and by then there was no Netflix, so I stayed up late every week to watch each new episode. I watched season 1 about three times and then I watched season 2, but when it ended I sort of lost interest in the show.

Now, ten years after season 3 aired, I decided to watch it, you know, give it another chance, and man, I think that was one of the best tv-show-related decisions I’ve made. Season 3 has as much action as the previous season, and Michael is still super smart, only now we get to see Lincoln in a more active role, and he proves to be able to sort things out without depending solely on his brother.

By looking into this season, I realized this probably was one of the first shows that wasn’t focused in the “good guys” and that was filled with action, but then again, it had some depth. I feel that in small doses, you know, one or two episodes at a time, this show and this season particularly can be thoroughly enjoyed by someone like me, who gets easily bored and disenchanted.

I have yet to finish this season and watch season 4, and when I do, be sure to check out this blog to see my review. In the meantime, what Netflix show are you obsessed with and why?

Happy Monday!

Love, Miss Camila
