Hello and happy Wednesday. I know that not all of us have a ton of money to spend in books or in subscription boxes, and even if we did have that money, but we still want to get the good stuff. This is why I’m always looking for new subscription boxes that are not expensive, and I obviously try some of them as well.
A few months ago, I came across Book Case Club and I thought it was fantastic for several reasons. Firstly, it costs $10, which means it’s probably the cheapest book subscription box out there. But that’s not all because I was pleasantly surprised to find I got sent two books instead of one. That’s right, every month, for the price of ten dollars, you will get sent two books: a paperback and a hardcover.
Have you noticed that I’ve called this a book box instead of a bookish box? Book Case Club if you want a subscription box only for the books. Boxes with tons of goodies, like OwlCrate, are always fun, don’t get me wrong, but they’re not for everybody, and I think in that way Book Case Club provides an alternative so that you can get cool books without getting the goodies (and paying for them).
For the month of July I got were Not If I See You First by Eric Lindstrom and Lies I Told by Michelle Zink. I’d heard about both books before and had them in my personal wish list, so it’s great that I now own them.
Now that you know about Book Case Club, would you be interested on trying it? Why or why not?
Love, Miss Camila
