Hello and happy Monday. Let’s talk about Love, the Netflix equivalent of a New Adult book, shall we?
Here I’m exclusively talking about season 1 of Love, you’ll see why I say this. The plot, though very simple to follow, is original, kinda like those things you watch or read and start thinking “why hadn’t anybody else done this before?” It’s got this indie/ Woody Allen vibe to it that has you obsessed with the show. The episodes aren’t short but the seasons are, so trust me when I tell you that you can be done with this show in a weekend.
Honestly, I think the writers of this show made a mistake by releasing a second season. To me season 2 as a whole is the bad. I mean, nothing new happened in this season; it was more like some issues had been left unresolved in season 1, but there wasn’t a resolution, just like the same crap over and over again. And what’s worse, is that it ended in a way that gave me no clues whatsoever as to the possibility of there being another season or just this second one being the final one…ugh.
Has this happened to you with a show? Tell me about it!
Love, Miss Camila
